The Bel Air Pipes & Drums consists of high school students with an intrest in keeping a tradition alive. The band is under the instruction of Marhla Manning as well as Ivan De La Cruz. You will most likely see us at public events performing with another local pipe band, Empyre Pipes & Drums, also under the instruction of Marhla Manning.
