We will have a HANDS ON, INTERACTIVE smoke house. What is the smoke house? The smoke house is a small trailer home that is designed to simulate an actual emergency situation in the home. This is a 10-15 minute class for children of all ages. We begin by starting them off in the kitchen and having them point out different hazards to us. From there we procede into the living room where we have them point out more hazards. While in the living room a fog machine is activated along with smoke alarms, and we teach the children how to evacuate the house properly in the case of a fire.
