About Me

Welcome to Irvine ...Irvine is a dynamic independent rock band based in London.

Brothers Bob and Chris Thorpe last collaborated in 1999 and went their separate ways until the beginning of 2006, when their life-long dream of playing original music together finally started becoming a reality, culminating in their debut EP, This Is Tomorrow.

Irvine aims to create and perform original music with a positive message that is easily accessible, yet still maintains a high degree of artistic integrity. They strive to continually push the boundaries of rock music, while strongly believing that if a song cannot stand on its own played by one person with a six-string then its not worth recording.

The power and intensity of the band's music and live performances are a testament to their beliefs, and a clear indication to the music community that Irvine has arrived.
