"Sold out to the Alaskan Devil"

About Me

Hi there! I am a guitarist & songwriter based in North London. I was born and and raised in Spain but at the age of 17 I left to the USA where I was inspired to become a musician after meeting blues guitarist Don Scott, a Minnesota native and disabled Vietnam war veteran.
I lived as an exchange student in the house of Don's brother, a maths teacher at North Fayette High School, Iowa, where I was studying. Don was such a great performer! I still remember when he came around to have dinner with the whole family and performed for us in the lounge with his dobro guitar. It was amazing!! So after learning a few licks, tricks & various chords from him there was no stopping me! I still listen to the tapes he gave me ages ago!
After that year the USA I spent a further year out in Portugal then came to study University in the UK and finally settled in London where I have been writing, producing and collaborating with many artists and played in many bands. Some of them are: The Pali Gap and Sanj Pali / Adam Bentley / Shiroh Okuni, The Kevin East Band, Joules Chown Productions and Eppidemix Productions... all of whom have contributed their bit in helping me develop my craft as a guitarist & songwriter!
I am currently finishing my Higher Diploma at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in Kilburn, North London, and hope to graduate in December later this year.
I have also been lucky to have had my music showcased and aired on XFM, BBC Asian Network, Jazz fm & Kiss fm, The City Showcase, The British Academy of Composers and Songwriters, Oxfordshire Radio, and Architecture Rocks @ the Bloomsbury Ballroom amongst others and played live in venues like The Water Rats, The Metro Club, The Clapham Grand, Clockwork, Bloomsbury Ballroom, The World's End,...
Before finishing this looong bio section I would like to say a big thanks to Mr Ian Logan, an architect who (legend says) once shared a flat with Roger Ball, well know saxophonist with the now legenday Average White Band . To this day they still maintain a friendship and a passion for music...Thanks for helping me "Pick up the Pieces"!!! and the countless 60's records you played us, I will try & remember those lessons when the time comes!
I am always looking for great musicians to join my band and help me showcase my work / collaborate, so if you are interested or know of anyone who may be do get in touch!!
