I have been always attracted by electronic music of any kind. It was in 1995, when a friend played "Timeless" of Goldie to me and I got a first idea of Drum'n'Bass, although I did not get into the scene yet. In that time, until about 2000, I played around with various Trackers running under DOS, mostly with ScreamTracker and ImpulseTracker. Unfortunately, the tunes emerging this way are - from a nowadays point of view - really ugly and would be no fun to listen to here ;).

In 2001 I got the final kick towards Drum'n'Bass, when I attended a big Party at the Conne Island in my hometown Leipzig with the mighty DJ Storm as headliner. Consequently, I bought a pair of decks and a simple mixer in 2002 and started to practice mixing.

In 2004 I got the first opportunity to play at a Drum'n'Bass party in the framework of the Palm Breaks events of the Cuba Crew with Nu:Tone as headliner. Thus, I got to know old hand Inju of the Basstion Crew , who got my homie number one :). Together with him I founded the small Drum'n'Bass project "Mother's Finest" . So far, we arranged several small parties and one bigger event with Kolt Siewerts and MC Zhi.

In the beginning of 2006 I moved to Heidelberg due to professional reasons. At the same time I also got an official member of the Basstion crew, which I already knew quite well at that time, because of the strong connection to Inju.

Since September 2007 DJ Hektik and me are running "BassTon", a small monthly club night in a loungy location called O-Ton in Mannheim, where we alternately play smooth and liquid Drum'n'Bass music alongside guest DJs from our area.

Unfortunately, I don't have much time left for playing around with the amazing today's producing tools. Still, I will try to provide a new small tune from time to time ;).
