The foundation of us meanwhile probably goes back nine or ten years. Over the years there were several line up changes, that's why we only call the most important ones.
2000 we had a solid line up, with which we could work seriously. The music style at that time could be described as Melodic Death Metal, because of the use of a lot of melodies and the speediness.
The Songwriting started and soon first, for the band and the audience, stirring and energy-loaded gigs followed.
Some months later we began recording our first work 'DRAGON'S BREATH', which has been released 2001. The fans yearned the record and it has accordingly positively accepted. The happiness about it shouldn't last for a long time, because during mixing the CD FABIAN left us. With FRANK we found quite fast adequate replacement behind the drums. But after one gig the next damp already followed: CARSTEN P. has decided to leave the band. This had hit us especially in performing live shows, 'cause a singer and a guitarist were missing now.
Of course obviously we wouldn't dissolve and so we went back to rehearsal room for writing new material and for looking for new musicians. But that took much longer as expected. With DIRK K. we found a second guitarist for a short time, but nevertheless the music tastes were too different.
2005. Finally progress. After a release on the SAARLAND UNDERGROUND SAMPLER 2005 with guest singer GREGOR , brother of our bassists and singer/guitarist of BERSERK INC. , came the decision: we have to record again.
Shortly before the beginning of recording THORSTEN, who is singer of HALF PAST DEAD too, joined us. Finally, we were complete again and with THORSTEN we got more power and have found a perfect front man.
With the guys of ZEROGOD we recorded then the Split CD 'FROM AFFLICTION TO ZEROGOD', which took about half a year, 'cause we produced everything in self-direction in our rehearsal room. About at the same time with release the founding member FABIAN returned. However not as drummer but as a guitarist.
At the moment we are about to write songs and then we'll rock live again soon.

Die Gründung von uns reicht mittlerweile wohl neun oder zehn Jahre zurück. Über die Jahre hinweg gab es aber etliche Besetzungswechsel weshalb wir hier nur die wichtigsten Besetzungen nennen.
2000 hatte sich eine grund solide Besetzung gefunden, mit welcher wir ernsthaft arbeiten konnten. Den Musikstil kann man zu jener Zeit wohl als Melodic Death Metal bezeichnen, war also durch stark ausgebildete Melodielinien und Schnelligkeit geprägt.
Das Songwriting konnte also losgehen und schon bald folgten erste, für die Band und das Publikum, mitreissende und energiegeladene Konzerte.
Einige Monate später begannen wir mit der Aufnahme unseres Erstlingswerkes 'DRAGON'S BREATH', welches dann 2001 veröffentlicht wurde. Die Platte wurde ziemlich enthusiastisch von den Fans herbei gesehnt und nach Veröffentlichung dementsprechend positiv angenommen. Die Freude darüber sollte aber nicht lange währen, da uns während des Mixens der CD FABIAN verließ. Mit FRANK haben wir recht schnell adäquaten Ersatz hinter der Schießbude gefunden. Doch nach einem Konzert kam schon der nächste Dämpfer: CARSTEN P. hatte sich entschlossen auszusteigen. Das hat uns live technisch natürlich arg zurück geworfen, da jetzt ein Sänger und ein Gitarrist fehlten.
Selbstverständlich war klar, dass wir uns nicht auflösen und so haben wir uns im Proberaum verschanzt, neues Material geschrieben und nach neuen Musikern Ausschau gehalten. Das sollte aber langwieriger werden als wir erwartet hatten. Zwar fanden wir mit DIRK K. kurzzeitig einen zweiten Gitarristen, doch die Musikgeschmäcker waren dann doch zu verschieden. Wieder nichts.
2005. Endlich Fortschritte. Nach einer Veröffentlichung auf dem SAARLAND UNDERGROUND SAMPLER 2005 mit Gastsänger GREGOR , seines Zeichens Bruder unseres Bassisten und Sänger/Gitarrist von BERSERK INC. , kam der Entschluss: wir müssen wieder aufnehmen.
Kurz vor Aufnahme Beginn stieß THORSTEN, welcher auch bei HALF PAST DEAD singt, zu uns. Endlich, wir waren wieder komplett und mit THORSTEN hatten wir zudem noch ein wahres Energiebündel und einen perfekten Frontmann gefunden.
Mit den Recken von ZEROGOD haben wir dann die Split CD 'FROM AFFLICTION TO ZEROGOD' aufgenommen, was etwa ein halbes Jahr in Anspruch genommen hat, da wir alles in Eigenregie in unserem Proberaum produziert haben. Etwa zeitgleich mit dem Release kehrte das Gründungsmitglied FABIAN zu uns zurück. Allerdings nicht als Schlagzeuger sondern als Gitarrist.
Momentan sind wir dabei Songs zu schreiben und dann gehts live bald wieder ab.
