Things I kind of hate: Low Carb bread- it's bread! The Eagles. The Postal Service. Writers. People who smell like pea soup. The cowardly. People who take myspace photos of themselves in their cars. Razor scooters. Roller bladers, sorry guys, you kind of suck. Tourists that take up the entire sidewalk in their large groups and are oblivious to people that actually have to be somewhere at a certain time. watching the nouveau riche spend their money on stupid shit. SUV's (see ihateyoursuv.com).
Sweethearts! Kindred Souls! Warm Blooded Mammalia! Hand holders & hip shakers, good friends & love makers.
Jarvis Cocker (check!), Parker Posie, Stuart Price, Nick Rhodes, oh and Bobbie Gillespie... or handbags with glad rags, preferably in San Francisco unless you have a private jet.
NOT like to Meet:
Myspace Music is great and everything i have blocked band requests, so don't bother. If you have shitty taste in music, don't even bother. I have a hard time trusting people who have never been to Europe or left the country. Swingers. Go swing over there. Cut and paste spammers, I'll flag you.
I don't list bands because I don't like spam.
I like music that I can clap my hands to, shake my hair in my face to, and stomp to, and hook my thumbs in my belt loops and jut out my hips to. Also, way more PSB and gay disco tracks then I prefer... and Madonna.
Modular, Source, Wall of Sound, Rough Trade, nude (rip), Mute, Hut, Creation (rip), Food, Fierce Panda, Record Makers, Dowager, Bop Tart, Bomp!
Did you notice I didn't actually list bands? It's because I'm not going to add your band, so don't even bother.
