Work/Music/ Continuing to Live (but not forever - that would be horrible!)
God (if he's not something people have made up?!)
Styles:'60s British Beat and Psychedelia, Selected U.S. Garage,Some Reggae and Uptempo (like 100mph!) Soul, Early '70s Hard Rock, Original '76/'77 Punk. Artists: Milkshakes, Prisoners - loads of Medway bands - do they put something in the water there?! Adam and The Ants (punk version), Motorhead, Vince Taylor and the Playboys, Adverts, Buzzcocks, (early) Clash, Long Tall Shorty, The Kinks, Compulsion, Black Sabbath, Edgar Broughton Band (fast, loud, exciting stuff mainly....to be continued)
Anything with the gorgeous Liz Fraser in it for a start: She's still lovely now! So that'll mean various late '50s British Comedies, Carry Ons, Confessions etc. etc. Saturday Night&Sunday Morning,A Clockwork Orange, Quadrophenia, Villain (Richard Burton's really menaceing in this one), The Sorcerers (For Dani Sheridan and Lee Grant & The Capitols mainly)
More or less died after the '60s and '70s! From more recently: The Simpsons, This Life....will have to think about this, there's not much!
Kitchen Sink Drama / Angry Young Man stuff really: Saturday Night and Sunday Morning (infact anything by Alan Sillitoe - local genius!) Room at the Top / Life at the Top (John Braine)
A pretty decent Bowie record - not as good as "John I'm Only Dancing" or "Holy Holy", but a bit better than "The Laughing Gnome".
