music, motorcycles, exercise, daydreams, nuclear explosions, oh, and my zombies live HERE .
ok, i really want to meet you, because i know you're capable of not taking things so personally and you really don't like to fight about stupid shit and you love the little things in life as much as you anticipate the great things. i know you've got an imagination and you laugh at more things than you sometimes think you should. i want to meet you because you find the whole world entertaining and you like to wander through it, especially on a sunny day, with a little cash in your pocket and no agenda. i want to meet you because you know we are not here for a long time, but a good time.

the proposition, house of flying daggers, run lola run, evil dead II, hero, trees lounge, boondock saints, saving private ryan, hard eight, boogie nights, memento, irreversible, i stand alone, requiem for a dream, the shining, three kings, rear window, the life aquatic, american beauty (if i could hear kevin spacey's monologue at the end of this film every morning i'd be a better person). i also think documentaries are especially cool.

epic tale of violence. i wipe blood from my face after each sitting with this book and i SO don't want to finish it. i want it to never end.
just finished this one. fuck, what a masterpiece of apocalyptic literature this is.
my favorite book of all time is AND THE ASS SAW THE ANGEL by nick cave. i am also a huge fan of bill shields and henry rollins- they spit it from the gut. um. james frey wrote a brutal 'memoir' about gettin' off the sauce that i almost want to read again. it's called "a million little pieces."
now reading:
this one is on its way
and i just started this one.
dictionaries kick ass too—i could get lost in one for hours.
my heroes have always worn toolbelts
This is a world where everybody's gotta do something. Y'know, somebody laid down this rule that everybody's gotta do something, they gotta be something. You know, a dentist, a glider pilot, a narc, a janitor, a preacher, all that. [sighs] Sometimes I just get tired of thinking of all the things that I don't wanna do. All the things that I don't wanna be. Places I don't wanna go, like India, like getting my teeth cleaned. Save the whale, all that, I don't understand that. You're not supposed to think about it. I think the whole trick is, not to think about it.
i think i do want to meet kim saigh though.
