Thanks for being interested enough to read this! I confess that I'm mostly on MySpace to connect with new people about my book - THE END OF RELIGION. The book is written to people who would consider themselves "spiritual-but-not-necessarily-religious". Sound like you? You can order The End of Religion from Amazon or get it in most major bookstores in North America. I also have a discussion group about the themes the book raises on FACEBOOK. Look me up there! Television:

The Simpsons (Brilliant!). Battlestar Galactica (Double Brilliant!). Mindfreak (Chris Angel freaks my mind - hmph, I guess that's why they call it...) But most of all - Televangelists!... I just love those guys. They keep me laughing... and scratching my head.

Books:

Anything by N. T. Wright. I'm also currently digging The Secret Message of Jesus, by Brian McLaren. (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John aren't bad authors either.)
