If you have a vision & a dream run with it!Since i was a little girl watching my awesome dad who is a national natural NPC bodybuilding champion pose down and work out (as i would jump on his back while he did donkey calf raises and chin ups in our home gym since i was a baby..is where my inspiration began!! I used to sit on my dads lap when i was little while we read Muscle & Fitness Magazines together& watch Bodyshaping! I told him I want to do that! My dad has has won first in every show he has done and second in one, and he came back to win it the following year his titles are NPC MR. Delaware, NPC Mr. Eastern Shore, NPC Mr. Tri-State and Best Body on the Beach! My dad got offers for TV and modeling, but he is shy when it comes to that unike me, im outgoing like my mother! When my dad practiced his posing routine, I would stop whatever I was doing and run around our house gym and pose with him! I just loved it! My mom says if i was playing with my toys, I would throw them down and run downstairs to pose and dance as soon as I heard his music! So funny!My dad, Dan, competed in NPC bodybuilding from 1983-1987 & still lifts serious, he has handed the family competition flaming tourch off to me! My dad is thinking of competing in the NPC Masters sometime. My dad is a BIG inspiration, and has so much integrity, humility and is so well respected and has taught me so much about life!
