Rui Martins Pereira is the owner, programmer and resident Dj of Club 31Trintaeum in Porto (www. trintaeum. com). His connection into the music started in the earlier 80's, when he created the band 'Culto da Ira' of which he was the bass player. This band was the 2nd best one in the modern music contest 'Rock Rendez Vous'.This gave them the opportunity to have released one of their tracks on the album by this club. In 1986 he started djing at 'No Sense' Club in Porto, suggesting new sound influences. A year later, he opens 'Loco Mosquito bar' where he has been also a resident Dj ,this time introducing danceable sounds. For about ten years he was out of this activity and returned in 1995 to open '31Trintaeum Club', assuming the djing during the week and betting in a dashing and proper music selection of national and international Djs for the weekend, which made this club the one for music lovers and a place of reference in Porto. Rui Trintaeum, as he's known, has a residence at Trintaeum '31 Stereosound' and besides that, has played in many other places, clubs and music festivals. Along these years he has played with many respectable artists such as Carl Craig, Moodymann, Jonh Tejada, Recloose, Pepe Bradock, Âme, Henrik Schwarz, Lindstrom, Prins Thomas, Rub'N'Tug, Todd Terje, Rainer Truby, Pete Herbert, Gilb'r, Boozoo Bajou, among others... ..
