About Me

Vlad Shusterman is a Jerusalem-based producer-songwriter. Combining a world of eclectic influences with sensual vocal delivery and literary lyrics, his work fuses elements of electronica, art-pop, post-rock, nu-jazz, ethereal gothic and neoclassical music into strange, dense mini-epics of Vlad 's trademark bleak elegance and delicate grandeur.
A classically trained pianist, he rose to prominence during the late 90s as the founding bass player/vocalist of the local goth rock pioneers Hesped and later, alongside the legendary Guy Rottem , beatmaker/programmer of the experimental dance duo Egotrip.
Graduating with honors from the famous Sam Spiegel Film School, Vlad scored, written and acted in a number of independent film productions and released a string of nu-jazz/IDM singles and remixes for local artists in the early-to-mid 2000s under the Doxa moniker. He also plays in Tarantina , a much buzzed about Israeli alternative pop act.
His debut mini-album, Bury Your Room, is currently in post-production stage.
