R.O.C. was formed in the spring of 2006 by Terry Heiser, Phil Reeder, and Chaz Bartlett. With this solid group of extremely talented musicians, they quickly found a comfortable sound and style that turns heads and takes no prisoners.The ever steady rhythm guitar of Terry holds the melodic core and keeps the right brain in check so the left brain of Chaz can go off on his tangent leads that are only limited by his imagination. Behind his "Fortress of Solitude" Phil brings old school rock percussion to the table with his hard hitting sound and charismatic attitude.Although the line-up has changed a few times, Reign of Confusion has participated in several "battles" with new members to break them in right. Yet to take top honors with judges, they always win the crowd and leave them wanting more.Currently working on their first demo with new front-man Tim Randall, R.O.C. plans to distribute their work at upcoming shows in the near future. So keep your eyes and ears open, leave the kids at home, and plan to rock your ass off cause Reign of Confusion is coming to a town near you!!!
