About Me

I've been playing bass and recording with bands around Seattle, the Northwest, and the USA for many years. I love the Blues, and I also love extreme forms of metal, technopagan events, and dancing all night! My bass was made for me by Steve Davis, Albuquerque, New Mexico. I played bass on the original version of "In the Year 2525," an international hit and #1 on the Billboard Chart the week that Woodstock happened (hippie cred at an early age!) I later toured Europe with my band, the Slamhound Hunters, and I've played most major blues festivals on the West Coast. My day gig is social work in downtown Seattle, and I'm a certified addictions counselor. Here's a tune for you from the Crossroads Band circa 2003... Dennis (the sax player) and I started this band several years before, and Dennis and singer Steve Bailey have continued on with this rockin' show to date...AND another tune, from early this year - Blues Jam at the Slammin' Bay with Brian Lee (on slide), Brian Butler (on guitar) KT on drums and me playing my old Precison Bass (same one I recorded "2525" with in 1968!) - thanks to John Gulla on the videocamera...AND here's one more, Mancini Twang from the SURF MONKEYS - coming to a town near you soon!

My Interests

Soulful and Extreme Music, Movies, Ecumenical Occultism, Mayhem and Moving to the Beat!Events like Shambhala in B.C. where we can dance to our hearts' content if it takes all night and the next day too!
