Lewis Wright

Lewis is a Vibraphonist and Drummer who lives in London but is originally from Norwich. He Studies Jazz at Trinity College of Music with Dave Wickins (Drums) & Roger Beaujolais (Vibes). His Quartet won the 2006 Jazz Services newcomer award. He has played with musicians such as Stan Sulzmann, Clark Tracey, Steve Watts, Dave O'Higgins, Laurence Cottle, Kate Williams, Bill le Sage, Jack Parnell, Lennie Bush, Mark Lockheart. He has done sessions for artists such as Tunde of the Lighthouse Family (Sony BMG) and Catherine Feeny (Tallgrass/Charisma). He has played at venues such as The 606, The Bulls Head, The Queen Elizabeth Hall, Bridgewater Hall, The Boxford Fleece, Matt & Phred's, The Sands, Pizza on the Park, The Spice of Life.
