I am a native of Savannah, Georgia, but I moved to Atlanta to pursue a music career. I started doing music in 1993 in Savannah as the other half of the group Kenfolk. The other half of Kenfolk, Big Rob, was featured on the hit song Welcome to Savannah. I was known as the Freestyle King! Because of our advanced style, we decided to bring our music to Atlanta. I am now affiliated with Dime Boy Entertainment. My solo project is entitled Outformation. I am also a member of the group Killa Hill. Currently I find expression through rhythmatic rhymes [poetry] because I feel hip hop is in a state of emergency at the moment. Although I still love music, poetry is the best way for me to express myself at the time. My musical influences include but are not limited to OutKast,Goodie Mob, Ice Cube, Killa Mike, Nas, Jay-Z, Mos Def, Common Sense, Roots, Eminem, Eryka Badu, India Arie, and Kem. In addition to my musical and poetic pursuits, I am committed to the improvement of black youth, black communities and PEOPLE altogether. I am also attuned to advanced studies, Sounds of Nuwaubu [Sound Right Reasoning]. As you can see, my interests are broad, and I devote my time and energy to a variety of areas.
