I'm a 17 years old uke addict from Germany. ;) I started playing the ukulele back in the winter of 2004 with a very cheap uke. It was my first instrument and finding a uke teacher is not very easy, so like many others, I'm an autodidact. Because the ukulele-virus (best virus ever!) infected me very fast, I bought a better uke after two months. At the momentI have a nice little collection of some beatiful ukes ;DI'm not the best in playing the uke, but I think, the most important thing is the fun you have with an instrument. And with the ukulele you can have much fun, definitely ;)
