Poetry in Loco-Motion!

About Me

They jump up on the stage and the music just seems to flow out of their fingers! Yea, they hear it backstage at the festivals, "Hey, who are the old people?"

But then they take the stage and old and young alike are facinated by the sound and can't help but get up and dance! Don't miss hearing this band on stage!

For more than 12 years Michael Meade, Ed Dubell and Karen Dubell have worked together in several bands. Playing everything from Country Music, Bluegrass, Rock and Roll, and even were the backup band for Mr. 50's and the Yakety Yaks (yup, they were the yakety yaks!). This time around they have taken control themselves and have a great sound!

They mix the energy and excitement of bluegrass with the passion and power of Rock and Roll. The result is a "get up on your feet and dance" experience!

Their CD is just bursting with great music, with the poetic lyrics, and rhythm of Michael Meade, steady backbeat of Karen's bass and the Hot Mandolin licks from Ed. It's all original tunes, that shows how much heart this band has.
