We don't stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing

About Me

My name is Jonathan. My favorite color is green. My favorite number is 27. My favorite word is obsequious. My favorite genre of movie is Comedy. My favorite genre of book is Sci-Fi. My favorite kind of food is Mexican. My favorite band is They Might Be Giants. I love eating and drinking things that make other people uncomfortable, like lemons and tequila. I can take any scribble and make a picture out of it (haven't been stumped once). My shoe size is 12. I prefer digital watches to analog watches. I can Photoshop like nobody's business. So, yeah, I guess that's me in a nutshell. There's plenty more where that came from, but most of my best bits are best told in story form in a semi-small group setting. Maybe I'll tell you the one about the Denny's waitress with PMS or about the time I drank urine...More reasons to get to know me: *I'm NOT an Anime nerd. *I'm NOT a music snob. *I'm NOT a Jesus freak. *I TRY to be racially and culturally sensitive. *I'll TOTALLY Photoshop and design MySpace layouts for you. *I'll give you FREE DVD copies of any of my movies. *I know a CARD TRICK that will blow your mind. *My friends are so RAD, you'll THANK me for bringing you into our circle.

My Interests

Nerdcore 4 life!

I like watching and making movies, writing songs and poems, and drawing. I'm into anything artistic, from photography to pottery. Recently, I've been learning how to paint. I'm also doing artwork for a few web comics. I collect Simpson's toys and memorabilia. I'm also a huge Star Wars fan. So, yeah, a giant nerd.

I'd like to meet:

People who enjoy all types of movies and like having planned movie nights. People who enjoy dead baby jokes and don't mind Necropheliac humor. People who are honest and don't put others down behind their backs. People who care more about others' virtues than their flaws. I'm also looking for a special someone who likes to sit close during movies, hug when they're having a bad day, and hold hands every once in a while. I am searching for an aggregation of obsequious disciples who will flagellate themselves in sycophanic affectations of self-debasement for my delectation. If you conjecture yourself dexterous enough to assuage my desideratum, please contact me straightaway.

Movies:

Heroes:

Kevin Smith, Tom Lehrer, Franz KafkaAndy Warhol, Charlie ChaplinTim Burton, Danny Elfman, John Flansburgh and John LinnellJohn Waters, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Bill PlymptonBrian Posehn, David Cross, Eugene Mirman, and Bill Hicks. This list is always changing as I am constantly being influenced by talented people. I guess I really am a dwarf standing on the shoulders of giants.
