Finding diversions to keep me from packing my things... Singing karaoke. Griping about my job (it really is a fun pasttime).
New people in Topeka. Moving there in a month. Don't want to be the loner (although, I have to say that I appreciate solitude from time to time). Like-minded people who are still like to go out and have fun but are over the "drinking 'til you puke" mentality. Been there, done that a hundred times. Musicians would be cool. I have always entertained the idea of being in a shitty cover band making $50 a gig. It sounds like fun.
I finally got a working cd player in my car and my dad gave me an old XM radio he had.... so I have been listening to all sorts of things and rediscovering my old cds from the 90s. Presidents of the United States of America was a kick ass band, weren't they?

Biggest Loser is over for this season. So, now there's not really anything to watch. The Office came back on, but the first two of the "new" episodes didn't really get me going. I have been DVRing "Hell's Kitchen". I DON'T watch American Idol, so don't ask me who I am going to vote for... for the election, either.
I read a lot... but there are two books I have had for years and never finished: The Count of Monte Cristo and The Mothman Prophecies. My goal is to finish them this summer.
It's a tv show... I haven't ever watched it.
