George Markou (DJ M.G.) was born in London, UK on May 1990. Mid 1991 he and his family moved to Nicosia, Cyprus. Later on in 1999 all they moved again to Larnaca, Cyprus. After the millenium George gained a large interest in music from his brother who at the time was djing at home and he shared his brother's passion for music. After purchasing a new computer George downloaded several music produciton software and started producing songs of his own and trying to dj on the side. That is how in early 2006 he found a job in one of Larnaca's Club's called "Indigo!" He worked there for several months and then found a better job at one of the best clubs in Larnaca called Preserve! This summer, he had the chance to DJ alongside Mr. Montana and Bad Boy Brown (Surgery Crew UK), two of the biggest legends in the Cyprus club scene. Also he performed twice in Cozzi's Bar, and three times in Club Eleven!
Now, after winning the 2006 "Hit The Decks" DJ Competition in Club Bling (Nicosia), DJ M. G.'s career is officially starting...
