Old Time Radio

Formed in Gdansk (Poland) in 2001, their line-up is Tomasz Garstkowiak (vocals, guitars), Magda Szkudlarek (vocals, synthesizers) and Piotr Salewski (bass guitar). Combining lo-fi songwriting with discreet electronica OTR first appeared on compilations "Projekt SI 031" and "Sissy Sleeper" (along with Saint Etienne, Primal Scream, The Notwist and others). Critically acclaimed debut album was released in March 2004 by Sissy Records (an independent division of BMG Poland). On the second album "Downtown", released in October 2006, the band combines harmony vocals, electronic beats and analogue synthesizers with atmospheric shoe-gaze guitars.
