RAWSISTAZ Literary Group

Keeping you In the Know regarding the African-American Literary community.

About Me

The RAWSISTAZ Literary Group supports and promotes African-American authors and their work, free of charge. RAWSISTAZ stands for Reading and Writing SISTAZ. Under the RAWSISTAZ umbrella is RAWSISTAZ Online Book Club, our team of book reviewers, The RAWSISTAZ Reviewers (TRR), the RAW4ALL Literary Hang-Out , and several other initiatives. The reviewers are highly respected in literary circles, sought out for book reviews and promotion of African-American titles and have reviewed 3500+ major, small-press, and self-published titles since inception. Sign-up for our newsletter .
RAWSISTAZ also has local chapters in major cities across the United States, to include Atlanta, New York, Memphis, Chicago, and Detroit. Since inception, our site has become a major resource for readers, writers, and literary enthusiasts.
**The RAWSISTAZ site was also recently acknowledged as a Top 101 Site for Writers by Writers Digest (May 2006 Issue) and the RAWSISTAZ founder is included in the book, Literary Divas: The Top 100+ Most Admired African-American Women in Literature.
