The Bunkhouse...radio and music with a twang connection

About Me

I'm a phonebook over six foot tall, and I weigh a little less than a pony. I'm a writer, a reader, and a DJ --oh! I also work in law enforcement. My passion is radio, and I've been at the "mic" for over 10 years. My experiences in the "radio world" is a many and varied topic; however, feel free to ask (wink).I'm currently hosting a show on 103.1 (3 BBR FM) and I'm heard every Friday night between 10 and 12 midnight.I'd love to have you listen in.

My Interests

I love to read. I'm into crime novels, self-help, and anything that's music related. I have an obvious love of radio, and, in particular, anything that is dated about radio.I have a vast DVD library, and I love nothing better than watching a good movie. Don't you?

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to build friendships with any and all music writers, artists, musicians and performers.I'm often asked about the most exciting part of radio. That's easy --finding new and progessive talent.

Music:

Country. Is there anything else? Mmmm...a bit of 80s pop and rock is fine too.

Movies:

The older the better. I just lurrvv gangster movies.

Television:

Third Watch is a fav, so too is NYPD Blue.

Books:

Crime. Pop culture and bios. In fact, depending on my changing iterests, it can be almost anything -- if it's written well.

Heroes:

Dale Watson. Billy Joe Shaver. Superman.
