Madness takes its toll...please have exact change!I love to laugh. I love to make others laugh. Something about a good ole deep down belly laugh always makes you feel better. *grin* I am very family oriented - spend lots of time with my mom and sis. Although I have no kids of my own, my bros do and my niece and one of my nephews have always been a huge part of my life since they were born. It never ceases to amaze me watching kids grow and seeing them learn new things - and, of course, learning from them. I tell you, I never knew my capacity for love until my niece was born. How can you love another little human being so much that you would put your life on the line to protect them? I can only imagine that feeling with a child of your own. Dogs - hmmm...I do like dogs, but still am not too keen on them licking my face. Just can't stand that - well unless they are puppies - cuz there is nothing like sweet puppy kisses. But I do have a name for my dog. I would call her STAINS. There's a joke there, but you have to figure it out!!!! (Hint: It involves "calling the dog".)Okay - I am rambling...but that's another thing I do remarkably well. * * *

Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause is dedicated to helping orphaned, homeless, & abandoned children, locally and internationally. We are committed to sending relief and providing assistance to children, worldwide, by instilling hope, providing education, food, & housing.
Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause Foundation was very busy at this year's Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas collecting kisses from various celebrities and country artists. They all puckered up in support of orphaned and abandoned children. Please check out the auction and make sure you bid on "A Kiss from Chris Young"

I love live music and photography. I like promoting new musical artists and the excitement of discovering a new song that sticks in your head. Myspace has given me an amazing opportunity to discover new artists and music, and, in some cases, share my photos of these artists.

On March 24, 2007 - I finally got to meet someone very special and personally thank him for his friendship - Gene Bowshier. Gene is insightful and kind and such a talented musician too. Oh and he also seems to "get" my humour! No, really, he does, he laughs at my silly jokes and yet he's still my friend in spite of that!!! lol
Gene, I know you never signed up to be my sounding board and I can never thank you enough for the support and encouragment you give me. You are truly "one of the good ones". I am blessed with your friendship and kindness and totally amazed with your musical talent. Thank you, my friend!
Hey - be sure and buy a copy or five of a new compilation All Country Outlaws (with original artists). Gene is one of the featured artists! So proud of you, Gene!

Now let me introduce you to Mike Rodgers! This man can sing and entertain!!! Oh and I probably shouldn't reveal that he is hands-down the kindest and most selfless person I have met in Nashville. Thank you Mike ~ no, really YOU ROCK!

CHRIS YOUNG! What can I say about this talented young (ha - no pun) man? He is going to go far in the music industry and be around for many years. Chris has a strong and loving support team and he returns it ten-fold! Watch Chris Young's video on CMT (the U.S. one). *grin*

Music:

Music is like breathing to me. My preference is country music. I love Nashville and it has captured a piece of my heart.
My first time in Nashville, I was introduced to the musical talents of Kyle Jennings Check out my top friends to go to Kyle's myspace page. Shameless promotion - I said, check out Kyle Jennings - he's got the passion for his music and the talent and drive to succeed. I love him dearly, even though he is a Tigers fan.

I have also discovered some other very talented artists through myspace.
Mason Douglas - you are an amazing talent! I absolutely love your voice - it makes me tingle and melt at the same time! I forgive you for being a cartoon pirate. *wink*
Cory Batten - you can sing brutha and you write some incredible songs..blah blah blah....and dayum you are cute! But why do you always drink water? Oh riiiight - cuz Mason buys the rounds!
Gene Bowshier your voice and the way you deliver your songs is true country. You are an all-around amazing talent. Your friendship is something I truly treasure. Gene Bowshier - remember that name - you are going to hear a lot from him!

Another fave of mine is the very sweet and very talented Laurie Killian Starr with the voice of an angel and without a doubt one of the most genuinely sweetest people you will ever meet.

Movies:

A Fish Called Wanda - how can you not laugh at John Cleese??? Another movie I can watch over and over again is Shawshank Redemption. That is one killer movie!

In season, I watch every episode of Nashville Star
