Hello!
I'm Alex Body, i'm a pop rock solo artist from Felixstowe in Suffolk, but you may have seen me in venues all over the country, either on my own with a guitar or with a three or four piece band. I can be identified by my ability to impress audiences, or my appalling sense in jackets - depending on what kind of person you are.
After releasing two albums, and with a third (as yet untitled) very shortly to be released, a full band is being put together to wow crowds even further in 2008.
My achievements to date include supporting music professionals such as Harvey Bainbridge (of Hawkwind), John Watts (Fischer-Z) and The Christian Playboys, in concert, as well as recently impressing audiences in the USA.
Comparisons made by those who have enjoyed my work in concert or via my releases have included David Bowie, Geddy Lee, Justin Hawkins and Julian Cope.
