About Me

I was born in Cuzco on the 30th March 1979 and then adopted by Luciano & Vera when I was 13 months old. I live in Italy, in Murisengo Monferrato (Piedmont). I began to play drums in 1992 with the bands of my area, and I have since cooperated with many artists in different musical environments.
I believe that every musician tryes at first to perform at his best, taking from his teachers and his favourite artists. Only after having followed a personal musical path, marked by EVERY DAYS LIFE, MUSICAL INTAKES and PERSONAL FEELINGS, an individual style, sound, artistic philosophy will be born; and this will be recognised by others either as Original or as Anonimous.
I felt the need to stay away from the traditional concept of Harmony moving instead towards searching for my own essence. Hence I recorded CARLOSMAN to introduce you to my nature, my feelings and my fear of forgetting my past.

On April 4th 2008 I entered GREEN RIVER studio for recording my drum parts for OVERMASTER project; I found a very quite person to help me and Gus to start these recording sessions, his name is TANCREDI and he will record, mix and master all of our stuff.

One year he broke four Power Crash 17”, three Power Crash 18”, two Novo China 18” and He has been the only one drummer not microphoned in many open air festivals.
Carlos has won musical competitions, has received national and international reviews , web reviews, local newspaper reviews, radio interviews, tv interviews, web interviews, he jammed with several famous artists and not famous artists, he helped beneficence corporations and he has started many students to play the drums.
