Reading, Writing, Photography, cooking/baking,chocolate, listening to music and playing with my cats. I am an aspiring writer, not only in journalism, but also fiction. My sister and I are currently working on a fantasy/romance novel entitled "The Red Bard" that we hope to eventually get published and I am also working on a thriller/suspense novel. I have loved to write ever since I learned how. I have always enjoyed basing my main characters on guys in bands that I like as well. :)

Last, but not least, while I'm not using Myspace as a dating service, I'd like to meet people who share my interests. Romance isn't high on my priority list at this time. Looking for friends first and foremost.
Music:
My favorite Heavy Metal bands include: Queensryche, Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Demons and Wizards, Rhapsody of Fire, Labyrinth, Lizzy Borden, Death Angel, Nightwish, Iron Maiden, Into Eternity, Manowar, Sonata Arctica, Savatage, Hammerfall, Fates Warning, Vision Divine and many more. I mostly like power and progressive metal but also enjoy old thrash and melodic death metal.
LABYRINTH!!!!!Besides metal I like: Classical, Opera, and Showtunes/Musicals as well as Classic Rock. Some of my non-metal favorites include: Styx, Josh Groban (LOVE HIS VOICE-WOW!), Charlotte Church, Opera Babes, Bad Company, Queen and Pat Benatar.
Favorite Musicals are The Phantom of the Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Cannibal! The Musical.

Movies:
Lord of the Rings trilogy,Conan the Barbarian, and A Clockwork Orange. The kid in me likes cartoons, in particular The Hobbit, The Last Unicorn, Lord of the Rings and Return of the King. Also, Disney cartoons, especially Snow White and Beauty & the Beast. When the mood is right, I also enjoy horror films, particularly Italian ones (i.e. Dario Argento & Lucio Fulci).
Television:
Little House on the Prairie is my all time favorite TV show. I very rarely watch TV though. When I do, the only thing that usually interests me (besides "Little House..." re-runs) are the History and Discovery Channel and Animal Planet.
Books:
My Favorite author is Amanda Quick/Jayne Ann Krentz. Johanna Lindsey is another favorite. I also like and collect astrology books and cook books. As for fiction, I read fantasy and horror novels and the girly side to me also enjoys romance novels, especially those written in the Medieval and Regency time eras. I enjoy reading much more than I like to watch movies and television.
Heroes:
Wonder Woman and Yoda (He's short and wise -just like me!) :) My Mom and above all, Jesus.
