To some its a six-pack, to me it's a Support Group. Drink all the beer out of every bar in every town.. Slurr every word we say.,And try not to get pulled over..!!! Ben Franklin is famous for his "Poor Richard's Almanac" in which he had many witty sayings, fun advice and even the first ever political cartoon. His love for wine and beer often showed up here. Some of his more famous sayings are:"There cannot be good living where there is not good drinking.""Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.""Wine makes daily living easier, less hurried, with fewer tensions and more tolerance""Take counsel in wine, but resolve afterwards in water."Ben wrote about Noah and Wine:"Before Noah, men having only water to drink, could not find the truth. By the aid of this liquid he unveiled more and more truth."Ben Franklin even wrote songs about drinking:'Twas Honest old Noah first planted the Vine And mended his morals by drinking its Wine."As you might guess, Benjamin Franklin was fond of wine and beer. He even printed winemaking instructions in one of his publications, to help the general public learn how to turn those wild grapes in their back meadows into tasty wine.
