COMMANDE ORDER VENICE ON iTUNES After touring in most french cities and all over Europe, Venice was first revealed at the French Rock Festival : "Le Printemps de Bourges". The first album"Les Palmiers De Chance" was released as an independant effort in 2000. But lead singer Eric James chose to move to his beloved New York City just after September 11. The new album "Soudain L'ouverture" was composed slowly but surely between The two continents. Voyage, Magic, Colours, Light, Dreams and Symbolism...Those are the terms coming back and forth when speaking about their music. The name "Venice" have been chosen in reference of Venice-Italy. Where Eastern an Western cultures used to accomplish a fabulous fusion. Members of the band often mention they wanted to build their foundations in the waters. Regardless of any solid basis they wanted to run free... Venice stands now at the crossroads, ignoring any musical hype in a plain acceptation of their Fate !
