"My heart's beatin' rhythm and my soul keeps on singin' the blues" - Chuck Berry
Hello. I'm called Brian. I'm sometimes called Ham by my friends. My friend Brian Hurry started calling me Ham in high school because there were at least 5 Brians in our friend group at any given time. I know the name Ham is stupid. That's ok though, I think it's funny and it kind of fits my personality.
The name Wonderham started when I was in Pop Rox. We performed a medley of early rap hits which always included The Sugarhill Gang's "Rapper's Delight". I would play the role of Wonder Mike and rap the first verse which included the line, "I am Wonder Mike and I'd like to say hello". Well, my name was not Mike so I substituted in Ham for Mike. I thought it sounded funny so I started refering to myself as Wonderham whenever I was on the microphone.
I also enjoy playing bass. I've been in several bands including Greasy Feces , Self Abuse, Pop Rox, Caroline Blue and The Audacity . I'm sure I'll be in more bands in the future. Hopefully something will come along soon. Here's a clip from The Audacity:
I am currently engaged to the beautiful and talented Kelly (see my Friend's List). We are planning a May 2008 wedding in Las Vegas with a reception in the Syracuse area to follow a couple of weeks later.
Although this was not planned, I've come to use my MySpace blog as an outlet to post things that I find interesting or funny in my life. I've also designed or help design several web sites (see links at the top of this section) and have uploaded several video clips to YouTube and MySpace. Again, my YouTube page is linked above and you can just click on the "videos" link under my profile picture to see the MySpace videos.
