I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm originally from a tiny village in Manitoba called Miami. Later moved to the city and got lost in the crowd. I am very laid back and easy going. Could be because I never did get used to the city. I love the water and summer. Give me a lake, river, creek or brook and I'm in heaven. I am a born diplomat with a well developed sense of justice. I am also fun to be around so my friends tell me. Nevertheless, I am sensitive of others feelings and very loyal. I am a fairly open person, but also like to maintain my privacy. I will definately tell all (okay, almost all) to my closest friends. But strangers and acquaintances only get a peek into my life. I'm totally sarcastic. Me? Never! I'm as sweet as a baby bunny. Seriously thought, I can at times have a sharp tongue - and I'm not afraid to use it. If people are too wimpy to deal with my attitude, then too bad. So sad. My favourite quote ... "If you ever think you're too small to be effective, you've never been in bed with a mosquito." - Anita Roddick
You Are 96% Intuitive
Your intuition is so spot on it's scary!
You can learn a lot about people and situations, simply by listening to your gut.
And you've even wondered if you can predict the future at times.
Just be sure not to always listen to your intuition... someday it could be wrong! How Intuitive Are You?"Tact is the art of building a fire under people without making their blood boil." CLICK HERE TO GET A NEW LAYOUT

Starbucks Denies Coffee to Marines - WTF?

Most of you know that I am Canadian and not an American.  This is just a circumstance of birth.  I am not a person who enjoys war or likes it.  But I believe that every Country needs it...

Should We Ever Discourage Our Children?

Saying Goodbye to an Old Friend

It is always hard to say goodbye.  Especially when that friend has been with you for just over 20 years.  But eventually everyone must say goodbye. I remember the day I first met Minx. ...
