MATT RIDENOUR IS ACTUALLY A NINJA!! It's true. He only plays music in order to keep his black belt and numchucks incognito. He grew up in Southern California but had to move to North Idaho in order to pursue his apprentenceship under his sensae Mr. Miagee. When he is not playing music you usually can find him hanging out with his sidekicks down at the local Dojo. You may know a few of them: Ernie Reyes jr. (from the hit movie "Surf Ninjas"); the fearsome brother trio from "Three Ninjas," Rocky, Tum Tum, and Colt; of course Daniel Son, and I need not say what movies he has appeared in; and his favorite.... Chuck Norris, from the wildly popular hit tv show "Walker Texas Ranger". Most people would say, "Idaho? There are no ninjas in Idaho!" Wrong. There most certainly are! In fact, I saw two the other day walking down Sherman ave., one was a master of the "Kenpo" style and the other skillful and majestic in the ways of "Judo." A dark haired young man about the age of 17 walked by them and made a snide remark in reference to their black hoods and masks......, inflamed with rage the "Judo" ninja karate chopped a bench, causing it too splinter and fly in the young man's direction. The dark haired young man caught a large splinter in the center of his left eye. He was rushed to the hospital where doctors tried to save his eye to no avail. Now all that remains in the young man's left ocular cavity is a grusome reminder that ninjas are fierce and hot tempered. This is a firsthand account and truthful in every aspect. If there is any significance to this story, it is that you had better listen to Matt Ridenour's music, cause he knows and lives in harmony with the most feared and revered ninjas of our time, and you don't wont to face their fury.ALSO IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS GUY PICTURED BELOW. I am willing to give him Kung Fu lessons at no charge. Quite frankly it really ticks me off to think about what happened to his loved ones. I'm not down with Rogue Ninjas that misuse their Martial Arts training to go around and kill people's families. What occurred was a malicious and cowardly act that brought shame upon the entire International Fraternal Order of Ninjas. My heart goes out to the gentleman holding the cardboard sign, along with a pledge to assist in any future retribution.
