Cars, Baseball(watching or playing), Football(watching), Shooting Pool, Watching Movies, Hangin' out with Friends, I don't drink but the bar is still fun...etc etc etc.
I can listen to pretty much everything except country. I like all rock music from the very beginning, basically, and in all forms(punk, grunge, metal, everything etc etc)some rap, hip/hop, r&b, 50's,60's,70's,80's,90's,now....etc etc everything....except country....sorry....oh and Dave Matthews sucks too, I know he is considered rock but he whines too much. ;:)
Comedies, Horror, Action, Drama, pretty much anything as long as it doesn't completely suck....I have a TON of DVDS. A good stupid comedy has to be my favorite though. Movies with these people are pretty much must haves for me:
Kevin Smith/Jason Mewes, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Chris Tucker, Chris Farley, Pauly Shore(don't laugh, the weasel rules!!), Christopher Walken, Ryan Reynolds, Sean William Scott, Mike Epps, Mike Myers, pretty much all of Quentin Tarantinos' movies rule as well....etc etc etc.

Most anything on Comedy Central, The Three Stooges, SNL, Family Guy, South Park, MAD TV, Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, basically TV is for comedy or for watching the Braves and Vikings. Also, toss in the occasional American Chopper and forensic files/cold case shows...oh and Myth Busters if I see it on.
