I am a complex, yet somewhat disturbed. I love archeology and history, mainly the fashions. I love the 1920's and the sexually powered women from that era. I am an ordained witch (no shi*). Love guys in eyeliner and great hair, who don't mind being on the end of a leash once in a while. I have been described as a reincarnated vampire in a marilyn munro bod (again friends with huge glue sniffing probs obviously). Have a weakness for tasteful tats and piercings in the right places. I also tattoo and pierce as a sideline. Ticked off that my coolest friends are moving to VAN!!! But I love New York State, and someday - hopefully, even if I am old and grey - would like to move to a place like Richmond Hill there, etc.
Men with goals and stick to them! Its nice to day dream - but you can't live a life on dreams. I am very passionate about my goals, so like to have people around me the same. Now for the cheesy part:I love boys in eyeliner and black hair. Less hair on the body the better. The right piercing in the right place makes me purrrrrr. Have a soft spot for musicians and artists. Must have an IQ above a gnat. Found myself liking mohawks again for some odd reason. Tight pleather or leather always a plus.Update: Settle for a guy with a flipping job lol - joking - well maybe not. Just on here for friends now, I am settling for my cat being my significant other right now!
I am 'flexible' when it comes to music. Mainly i love listening to glam, darker goth, and anything that has an 'ancient' ring to it. But give me the true roots of punk - oh and the stooges were and always will be god. (the band, not the comedy team), for bands, but Freddie Mercury will always be my main music God (that voice - those EYES!). Fav drummers (why I took it up) - Stewart Copeland, Keith Moon, Roger Taylor, ya, even though he isn't the greatest drummer - Peter Criss - loved Kiss.Seem to be listening to a lot of classical right now - then I change my mood and listen to Disturbed, Static X, then some New york Dolls LOL.Back to Classical - guess I change when the moods hit me.
Of course gothic themed movies, some sci fi, and cult movies. I love anything with vampires in it - either to laugh at or to get ideas from :) My fave vampire movie from yesteryear is Blood For Dracula by Andy Warhol. I love fantasy, and I hate to admit but one of my fav was Velvet goldmine - just because of the visual factor - kinda bastardize iggy and ziggy though. Love old scifi - Dirk Bennedict was my first huge crush (okay - that was another geek admission - but damn he would look great in eyeliner!). Even though i was severly piss*d off that Queen of the Damned had it all wrong, fkd up charecters and story line, Aliya was gorgeous, and hot damn- Stewart Townsends hipbones made it all worth while!
I don't watch much, but i have to admit i do like that 70's show. Update: started watching old Red Dwarf episodes - now I am hooked (okay - yet another geek moment I will admit too) ! LOL Like shows like CSI, Criminal Minds. Watch Supernatural and some of the paranormal based shows (seeing as I am in the field). Most Haunted makes me laugh 97% of the time.
Anything on Celtic history, and Archeaology. NOw find myself buying books from the 1800's. Latest one was published in 1898 called Art Magic Spiritualism. Suprise, Suprise, anything by Anne Rice, except Violin, she dropped the ball on that one. Also like Poppy Zbrite. . There is my two sides again!
My Father and Mother (ya, cheesy as it may sound, but its so true), Stevie Nicks, Freddy Mercury, Robbie Burns, Oscar Wilde, Rudy Gulliani (despite his personal life, say what you will, but he is a great leader)- and definatley our guys/gals in the military. We can btch and complain about what we think there are doing in a war we seem to know all about, but they are the ones putting their lives on the line, while we are safe in our homes because of them. more to be added once I get some flipping sleep!
