ITS VERY SIMPLE! Once you've called, Mebo, or emailed your favorite radio station and gotten thru to request the SHOP song... Just send:
1) Your Name
2) Method used to request
3) Date of request
4) Time(s) of request
5) The specific radio station
to the email listed

one (1) email per day, containing all times requested with ALL info. Every thirty (30) days a poll will be taken and the person with the most requests WILL WIN A $10,000 shopping spree. Starts May 1 2008, winner will be contacted via email
