Cold Cold
(c) 2007 Stephanie Morgan (BMI)
There’s a fly stuck on the wall
down in the hall
(she sees it;
she knows about everything…
the throwing the pillow and all of the mess…
it’s not my best,
but I swear I can do better).
Itchy-gitchy ya-ya-ya,
gonna get in the car,
gonna make ya proud
just to be around
a superstar!
I put down the top.
I drive the car.
To the left,
to the right
(stand up, sit down,
fight, fight, fight).
You can never take a frown and turn it up
(I always take a frown and turn it up).
I’m your happy-happy-joy-joy girl,
but if you got a minute
(while I fly down the open road)…
I tell you gotta lighten the load,
‘cause we’re headed for a
cold cold side of the road.
One look in the mouth
of a horse
made of gold
brings you down
like that mound
of a mountain we hold.
I’ll be running out one day now.
Gonna tear it up one day now.
“Is it tough making enough love?â€
Yeah, it’s rough, people.
You gotta sleep some.
I’ve been an insomniac…
I know the way to suck
problems like a minivac
(Oh fuck.
There’s a fly stuck on the wall
down in the hall…
says we’re headed for a
cold cold side of the road).
Smile to the left,
lurch to the right
(stand up, sit down,
fight, fight, fight).
Oh, my love…
you’d better get out…
and find yourself another ride.

I'm a full-time STUDENT! I spend a lot of time in the company of a super-amazing Love and delightful friends. I'm maintaining my own studio with a super-spiffy front porch and awesome neighbors. L-I-V-I-N!
Life is full of hope and wonder and amazement and curiousity and randomness. I smile multiple times a day.
As for my interests, I love to sing, write, read,
create art, and go to concerts & events. I am a fan of being outside to enjoy a day of pleasant weather or some light rain. I adore having time to be with loved ones, (including spending time in the web-like-world), walk, dance, play disc golf, be silly, swing, hop around on one foot, eat candy before bedtime, laugh with everyone about everything, share experiences and insight, watch/play movies/tv/games, and am interested in broadening my horizons on many levels. Languages, healing, arts, astrology, philosophy, astronomy, music, mechanics, carpentry, real estate, & interior design are just a few of my intellectual desires.
There are a ton of things I want to accomplish in life...
wonder where all those interests will lead me.
I am a metal monkey in Chinese astrology. I have a Cancer/Leo cusp sun sign, plus a ton of Cancer and Scorpio in my chart.

I have my favorite shows, but can happily declare: I dont watch much tv anymore.
Off the top of my head: The Simpsons, LOST, Family Guy, Dead Like Me, Starting Over, anything related to CSI or Law & Order or detectives/forensics, That 70's Show, documentaries, home improvement/design shows, real estate hunting shows, travel related shows... see .... my interests spread across the realm of thought and entertainment. Good thing I dont have cable, so TV doesnt consume my entire life, eh?! How uninteresting would I be then, hmmm? *cheesy grin*
I like books related to self-improvement, nutrition, info about animal & human behavorism & other cultures, feng shui, astrology, comedy, photography, and anything hippie-related. *wink*
I also have a soft spot for collecting children's books.
