About Me

I work too much and need to stay in touch with the finer things in life. I don't reckon that MySpace qualifies as the "finer things", but it is a nice diversion and only a click away. Why so much work? One time a lady asked me "when was the last time you had a real job"!!! I'm here to tell you, working for myself is way, way harder than any "real job" I've ever had, BY FAR. Therein lies the satisfaction and the answer to that question.
I'm a thinker and a doer; therefore, I appreciate the same qualities in others. I hate wasting time on bullshit and lazy-ass people because there are already too few hours in the day under favorable circumstances. When I can, I like to have a few drinks, party and live in the moment. I write some music, play a little guitar, sing and can play a wee bit of harmonica, violin and keyboards. Due to some unexplained "practicalities" in my personality I tend to deny it, but, I think I'm really an artist at heart. I reckon I've spent most of my time "getting ahead" and neglecting the unconventional side of myself.
I have been married to the same chick for 21 years so I'm not here to arrange a rampant exchange of bodily fluids with anyone unless there's some kind of three-way going on. Experience leads me to believe that's not very likely.
I've been around long enough to know that it is indeed a short ride and one must make the most of their time. I'm ready!

My Interests

Socializing, Music, Auto Racing and becoming successful. I love creating any kind of art or entertainment (drawing, carving, jewelry, music, video, live performance, comedy, playing host, etc.), I just don't take the time to do it enough.
Oh yeah, and I wouldn't mind finding this piece of shit (Steve Lasco).
He stole $1,000 bucks from me. Last know location Oakland, California. Show me some love if you ever run across his sorry ass.

I'd like to meet:

People with an open mind and an opinion. I'd like to broaden my horizons by meeting some new folks...folks I may not have crossed paths with on the street. I'm sure just about everybody out there has something to offer.
That's it...now show me some comment love!!! Excercise Your Mind...

Don't Worry, Be Happy

"Don't Worry, Be Happy".  An excellent premise for a song and for everyday life if it weren't for our incessant need to be in control. Anxiety over tomorrow can have us substituting Bobby Mc...

Independence Day

Happy 4th of July.  I've repeated that phrase dozens of times over the last few days to many people.  Even though we vigorously celebrate the 4th of July do we truly observe the independence...

Three Questions...

Since I've created my profile I been asked why, what I think and if I'm some kind of perv.  Well, there's no clear cut answer for any of those. Why do we do anything, what am I supposed to think ...
