I used to believe it's something you're born with. I found out later, you develope compassion for others when you've had the need for it yourself. So you take each day hoping not to get too caught up in how you believe others should behave and learn to appreciate the differences. I enjoy making new and interesting friends. Not into crowds these days. One on one or small groups are more my style. I'm a huge fan of the Lowcountry. So much beauty here! I feel most fortunate to live here. My Interests

Music, Dogs, watching Motorcycle racing, custom bike shows and build offs, watching ultimate fighting, just about anything as long as it's close to the water... something about the rivers, beaches and lakes here allow my mind and body to float freely, without pain or worries. ***********

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet local people who like to take their dogs to play at the park. I go often and it would be nice to have a friend to go with on a regular basis. ...............

Music:

Alice Cooper, RHCP, Aerosmith, Queen, Thin Lizzy, Nazareth, James Blunt, Lynard Skynard, Janice Joplin, Eagles, Joan Jett, SOD... really too many bands to list individually. Big fan of southern Rock, Blues, most everything but country (sorry, I tried). I really enjoy many of our local bands as well. The Lowcountry is teaming with musical talent!

Movies:

The Omen (scared the hell out of me... I loved it!), The Shining, The King and I (Holy crap, that's an old one) ............ Monty Python -"BRING ANOTHER SHRUBBERY!!! Then, when you have found the shrubbery, you must cut down the mightiest tree in the forest... Wiiiiiithh.... A HERRING!"

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head. "Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did and she had a wonderful day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head. "H-M-M," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today." So she did and she had a grand day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head. "Well," she said, "Today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did and she had a fun, fun day.
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head. "YEAH!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"
Attitude is everything. As the saying goes: "The kind of life you will have isn't determined by what happens to you, it's determined by your reaction to what happens to you."
