The 4 State Project is one man...me. Paul Kobylensky. I've had the privilage of living all over the U.S. and coming into contact with music and musicians of all types. Hence the name, The 4 State Project. When the idea was concived I had been making music in four different states, (now closer to six) which also coencides with four very different musical suroundings. What you hear is what was filtered through my ears, my heart and finally my hands. Call them demos, call them ideas, call them whatever you want.
