MEDITATION must become a way of life...for it simply stills the mind...to allow for us to connect with our higher consciousness..sooner rather than later, EVERYONE has to embrace this gateway to the soul and connection with the Cosmos/Universe/God...quieten the mind, become ONE with the SOURCE...when, the day arrives when man woman and child meditate, and connect through the LOVE vibration, the earth energy will change forever and this plane will be the beautiful planet, we were intended to enjoy/realise...and harmony will be reached..heaven on earth..still, a way to go, but as we continue to wake up, the day draws closer...projecting the thought alone, brings it ever closer. Be conscious of the thoughts you send out and endeavor to make them of a positive nature..remember, thought is a living thing..result is always Karmic, positive or negative result, which ever you have earned by your thoughts/deeds, will occur. The power of the LOVE vibration shines and radiates...it can be NO other way...so, best to SHINE...smile! To reach the ultimate powerful connection, it is simply, that you have to be "good", you have to truly be a beautiful child, living with pureness in thought, and intention, pureness in your heart, when you feel love powerfully, you then are connected to the source at all times, meditation then becomes something you can access swiftly and a mere two minutes in time can fully charge you. Add to My Profile | More Videos So, when people say they can't find the time, that is foolhearty, for when you do, your day will run smoothly, so best to find the time, much energy saved and much less frustration. Take the time to balance our racing minds, then things automatically run at the correct pace/speed, much more gets achieved and still you are not exhausted. The otherwise busy day runs smoothly and effortlessly and you manage to get it all done, with time left, no panic, no frustration, no racing, no burning ourselves out, unnecessarily. See, we are our own worst enemy at times. Why would you put meditating off a moment longer? Ok, initially it may take a little longer to get attuned, but simple goodness and pure love in thought is the key to powerfully connecting. You cannot fool the universe, you will connect or not. Also, never get frustrated if you dont get massive powers surges instantly, don't put blocks in your way, of "I can't"(a negative), "I tried, but, it doesn't work"(a cop out and a negative), these are blocks we set up ourselves, if you take the time to think it can, or it will happen, then it surely must. This love vibration cannot be abused, if you havent earned its full generousity of power, you wont receive it, quite simply this, there is no fast route to spiritual power, these are gifts we earn along the way, by our humility, humbleness, generousily of loving natures. Wrong thinking cannot access this power, they may, only, through emotionally draining a beautiful soul, but they cannot contact themselves, for you simple must be good, and pure in thought. Not rocket science...chuckle! chuckle! Man-made and universal laws are very different. One is perfect, cause/effect, sow/reap, the other is inately flawed, completely unfair, unjust, and down right ugly. It serves no purpose but to divide and seperate, suppress and control. I am writing my autobiography, the lessons learned, including advice on health, emotional and physical. It will shed light on dark. It will open the eyes of those wishing to see. It will send out a powerful message to the sensitives who feel unseen. It will finely tune the hearing. So, it shall be informative, a very useful tool for anyone in search of truths. It will deal with suicidal issues as well, as this is close to my heart for many reasons and a subject I have a great understanding of. In Northern Ireland presently(2007) 1 person per day is taking their own lives, that is horrendous, in such a small place..what should be the future leaders of spiritual truth/reality going back before remembering, we must help them to remember their spiritual natures and help them to re-connect with the source and recall why they chose to come back at this time.
