Natalie Merchant, Kate Bush, Metallica and countless others from all genres, continents, styles and centuries on a song by song, arrangement by arrangement basis. From 70's-80's punk/thrash+alternative to Peruvian folk music, from classical to real house music, from classic rock to neosoul and from hip-hop to the Cocteau Twins and beyond.
The Color Purple,The Incredibly True Adventures Of Two Girls In Love, Fried Green Tomatoes, Time Bandits, Hellboy, Dogma, House of Yes, Party Girl I like comedies, action, martial arts, sci-fi, sports movies, documentaries, gay feel good movies(where the main characters are strictly gay throughout and noone has to die) and stupid teen movies. And generally no horror but I will watch anything that Parker Posey is in. Most movies have a great moment or two, a slow hour, a half-decent half hour and another half hour that is totally forgettable. Speaking of amazing moments, I like the training sequence/montage in any and every movie.
