I play music mainly. Bass guitar was my chosen one, but after I started planting, I could suddenly afford recording equipment an dother instruments. . . .so lately Ive been sort of jack-of-all tradesing it. A wee bit of accordian, cello, banjo, madolin, clarinet ect. I also read. Mainly pulp fiction SCI-FI, but I like to choke down a brainy book now and then. I studied journalism for a couple of years and got a diploma which entitles me to do freebies or self-serving PR peices. Its a flooded bitter industry, really, so Im avoiding it right now. Other than that. . . . I dont know, theres stuff but it hardly seems relevant right now.
Aliens or time travellers. It would be pretty fun to get swept up in some sort of cosmic conflict where I was some sort of prophesied hero or something. That would be really good for my self esteem.
I really like genre defying music. Stuff that cant be conveniently labeled, or even marketed properly. I listen to brave new waves when I can, and I love hearing something Ive never heard before. It is inspiring. Makes me beleive that the human creative process is more than a paltry feedback loop of resynthysized plagerism. Ive really been loving King Crimson and the Talking heads and all that prog stuff lately.
