About Me

Quick explanation: Jeremy is changing his artist name to Subject A. This is why he is constantly referred to as such in the following bio:
From the desert valley that is known as the Okanagan emerges Subject A; a humanoid life-form that naturally exudes strong musical tones. So far we have observed him using several devices to facilitate these musical outbursts, such as various guitars, drums and vocal techniques. Some speculate that his experience is mainly in folk, while others favour a belief that his roots are in "alternative" and "classic-rock". It is even sometimes suggested that his drumming style is a little jazz influenced; but only time and strategic guesswork can really tell us where his diverse tastes will lead him. He is a reliable provider of original music that allegedly "moves" listeners of many, if not all demographics. His attention to detail and quest for perfection overflow from his devotion to music into all other aspects of his life, including his search for enlightenment, or the perfect breakfast. His enigmatic lyrical style is a contrast to his direct, though sarcastic ways of conversation. His passionate musical expression and melodic communication are comparable to his tendency toward heartfelt, enthusiastic debate.
Several crew members at Vancouver's Greenhouse Studios managed to capture a few auditory samples of our Subject. Remarkably, these audio recordings were captured in only a day and a half's time. Equally remarkable is the fact that the great throngs of dedicated fans in his hometown seem to enable him to pay his way through life solely on the merits of his music. This is simply unheard of.
Other notable moments in the evolution of our Subject thus far include the extensive catalogue of original and unique tunes he has accumulated; some of which he presented to an audience he held captive at 2008's New Music West festival in Vancouver.
Sightings of Subject A usually occur in various cities throughout British Columbia. During these sightings, he tends to engage the audience with a musical onslaught before proceeding to examine the other acts as he consumes a beverage. It is possible that even you, the reader, could find yourself consuming a beverage with him at a live music venue near you!
Further details will be released as our crew of over 6.5 billion qualified investigators continues its research on Subject A.

..Other web pages he can be added, viewed, listened to, and/or judged on:

Influences: The Beatles, Black Sabbath, The Smashing Pumpkins, Science Fiction Addiction, Elliott Smith, Weezer, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Modest Mouse, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, The Vines, HARDball, Max Zaitlin, Stars, The Pixies, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Beatles, Neil Young, Modest Mouse, Neil Young, Elliott Smith, The Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Vines, and the Pixies.
Sounds Like: As much as its every group's tendency to say that they sound nothing like anything anyone's ever heard before, I can't help but feel that it wouldn't be too hard to be a little more specific than that. It sounds like a fusion of Distorted Guitar Driven Alternative Music and Acoustic Melodic Modern Rock, with Pop overtones, and a twist of lemon.
