About Me

Hi :o)

I'm a guitar player.

I currently play in The Carl Palmer Band (of Emerson, Lake and Palmer) and with Neal Morse's band. When I'm not doing that, I teach at BIMM (Brighton Institute of Modern Music).

The Carl Palmer Band did a long ol' tour of the U.S. in the summer of '06 - I kept a blog of every single day of it here. So, if you're at all interested in the day to day activities of the band then please feel free to check it out.

At the moment most of my energy is being put into writing a book. For the best part of 3 years I wrote the rock column in Guitarist magazine, the book is an expansion of all those columns (with a few bonuses thrown in for good measure). The book will be available in early 2008.

If you're interested in receiving more information and updates about the book, please send me a message with your e-mail address and I'll put you on my mailing list.

:o)
