Son of coupd'Etat

Son of Coup is come from the Bacolod City . A Local Band that original name is Coup Gun means Coup d E’tat Gun. The band was composed of Don Tan and Fritz of Acidic Boliloy , Andrew and Leo. The Band was planed by Andrew and Fritz during the preparation of Summer Fest 2005 held in Lopue’s South Square and continues playing cover music like Sepultura and Soulfly . As the years passing the band are having gigs outside Bacolod City .

Coup Gun has come to the point that the band members are going busy and Leo Decided to break up the band last May 2006. Andrew and John Paul his cousin planned again to create a new band, a reggae band but it’s not successful because we don’t have enough band members. We planed again to make new band a metal band playing original compositions. A Band Compose of Andrew for Guitar, John Paul in Bass Guitar, Boliloy in Drums and Leo in Vocals. The band was successful and we named into Son of Coup d E’tat . The S.O.C are playing music against the rights of everyone and truth.

As the band goes on the member are getting busy for their work and families so we decide to change the members and having new lineup Andrew and John Paul for Guitar Zaldy for Bass Guitar and Mark Dave for Drums and Leo for Vocals. As of now John Paul is not around for a substitute Leo is Playing Guitar Vocals. For those who are supporting local music of Bacolod City . We thank you for supporting and spread the music of Bacolod and the south.
