ConSoul

CONSOUL is a weekly creative Club nite in Sheffield. Running every Thursday. Its aim is to combine "Powerful" music and genres whilst providing a place for creative people to mingle. So far Consoul has only been running for a month, but has already made a small following. Dj Gerkin (chris) and BaronVonBadd(Matt) have provided its hand pic'n mix soundtrack. Gherkins epic knowledge of all things soulful and funky have never failed to keep then dance floor moving. With Bangers to rare grooves Gherkin's ever modest djing style is the back bone to ConSouls strength. In direct opposition to this, BaronVonBadd nicely balances the night off with his Full frontal Beefiness of anticommercial Hiphop, distorted electro classics and hard'n heavy rock. Its difficult to describe the Baron's style but it all sumhow perfectly mixes. "The BaronVonBadd Hip-Roc Floppy-Drive Sound system"...You've got to hear it to believe it!
