"pity: a wooden axe in a vengeful forest."

About Me

Although the band is still in self proclaimed infancy its quite obvious Ulysses Drowning are driven by passion and thought;

The shakes are erratic; the life of a civilian is a round cornucopia of disgust with constant pressure.

When labels fly around the music industry they often stick as many follow in footsteps. In contrast, Ulysses Drowning are one of those bands that seem hard to attach a label too - with somewhat a fusion of melodic progressive rock slash alternative grunge, with a digressive free-flowing jam amid a heavy focus on music and passion rather than genre. Its obvious that this outfit believe a live experience should be a live experience.

Free flowing grooves and a converging set which ranges from surging to fragility is not uncommon. The underlying premise for the band is to musically make something different work. A diversifying band well worth checking out and delving into!
