About Me

Shadowfex is not a word that can be defined by the dictionary, it is a
band with a passion for music and creating a sound that is totally unique.
The 4 piece dark alternative rock band from the south-eastern suburbs
of Victoria has a passion to write and play music they really believe in.
The band has built a solid reputation in the local area with their intense
live performances that can seamlessly transfer from a slow melody to
heart-stopping rock riffs.
The band has played many city gigs at popular spots including Bang!
(Royal Melbourne Hotel) Revolver and the art house. Although staying loyal to local spots such as The Ferntree gully hotel, Hallam hotel and Pier hotel.
Shadowfex have shared the stage with great bands such as:
Shihad, Airbourne, Screaming Jets, The Getaway Plan, The Butterfly Effect, Karnivool and Birds of Tokyo.
Their last release was a 3 track CD entitled ’Sleep therapy’ at Melbourne
records. This also followed by a Video clip for â€œNo way to escapeâ€.
This made two video for viewing pleasure. Including everyoneâ€™s favourite
track â€œWhen all is lostâ€ This had been on rage on two occasions.
The guys now look forward to releasing there new 4 track CD sometime
in the near future.
